Hand-built from sustainably grown American maple, the Rampant Lion block is cut end-grain so the blade slips between the wood fibers instead of dragging across them. That keeps your edges keen and your wrists happy. We finish every board with a food-safe cure of beeswax and mineral oil, and route deep juice grooves on both faces so a Sunday roast never floods the counter.
