Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://redlionalesmiths.com and the services offered by RED LION II, LLC ("we", "us", or "Red Lionale Recipes"). By creating an account, subscribing, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

2. Membership and billing

Memberships are offered on a monthly plan at $9.49 per month and an annual plan at $99.49 per year. Eligible new members may start with a 30-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan begins and the applicable fee is charged to your payment method.

3. Automatic renewal

In plain language: your membership renews on its own until you cancel. Monthly plans renew every month, and annual plans renew every year, at the then-current price, using the payment method on file. We will charge you automatically at the start of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time by emailing info@redlionalesmiths.com from the address on your account, or by requesting cancellation through your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a period already started, except as set out in our Refund Policy. If you cancel during your free trial, you are not charged.

5. Store purchases

Prices for store items are shown at checkout and may change over time. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. Title and risk of loss for physical goods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post our recipes or other content except as permitted for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, circumvent the paywall, or access areas of the service you are not authorized to use.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site -- including recipes, text, photography, logos, and design -- is owned by RED LION II, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use while your account is in good standing.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida have jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.

9. Arbitration and class action waiver

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and we waive the right to a jury trial. You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RED LION II, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Disclaimers

The service and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Cooking involves heat, sharp tools, and raw ingredients; you are responsible for following safe food-handling practices. See our Disclaimer for more.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
