Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership or a store order, contact us within 30 days for a full refund, subject to the terms below.

Memberships

New members start with a 30-day free trial and are not charged until it ends, so you can cancel during the trial at no cost. If you are billed for a membership and are unhappy, email us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. Cancelling stops all future renewals.

Store orders

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

How to request a refund

  1. Email info@redlionalesmiths.com from the address on your account, with your order number or membership email.
  2. Tell us briefly what went wrong -- it helps us improve, though no reason is required.
  3. For physical returns, we will email you a return address and instructions.

Return window

The return window is 30 days from the date of delivery for store items, and 30 days from the date of charge for memberships. Requests made after this window may be declined or offered store credit at our discretion.

Exceptions

  • Perishable goods -- pantry items such as spices or other consumables cannot be returned once opened, for food-safety reasons.
  • Downloadable or digital content -- one-off digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed, separate from the membership guarantee above.
  • Items damaged through misuse -- returns must be unused and in original condition, except where an item arrived faulty.
  • Faulty or incorrect items -- if an item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product, we will replace it or refund it in full, including any shipping.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
